Period Newspapers

For productions set in the past, a period newspaper can really help to place the characters within the age in which the story is set. It can be a time consuming and tricky job to create old newspapers that look convincing and authentic, why not select one to use ‘off the shelf’ or we can re-work the template to incorporate your scripted headlines and pictures.

We have some examples from the 19^th Century, and most decades through the 20^th Century from pre World War 1 to the 1980s.

All of our library items were cleared at the time we created them, but we can not guarantee they will still pass clearance now therefore it’s always best to check for hero or featured vintage newspapers.

We always print newspapers onto authentic newsprint paper or aged down paper stocks when needed.
