Prop Bank Notes

We have supplied prop banknotes and novelty money to a range of productions, including decorating the walls of a room in £50 notes for a rap video, a suitcase full of banknotes for a heist movie and a 20 million pound pile of £20 note stacks to fill a bank vault.

Using real money is often too much of a risk, therefore prop money and fake banknotes are the solution. We create authentic looking prop banknotes and stacks that have to abide by the Bank of England rules:

• Printed single sided
• 25% bigger or smaller than real banknotes
• And printed on paper, not polymer

We impose the same rules above when printing prop banknotes and fake money in other currencies including US Dollars and Euros.

If you need notes printed actual size and double sided, we have designed a set of banknotes which look authentic from a distance, but are unique Acme bespoke artwork. For scenes which require the prop notes to be featured in this way, we can supply GBP, USD and Euros style money without breaking any rules or laws.
